Work Experience Opportunities
Linking Classroom Learning to Real-World Experience
As part of the CareerGuide journey, students will gain access to real work experience opportunities through our employer network.
These placements are designed to build on what students learn in CareerGuide sessions, giving them practical exposure to real workplaces and roles.
Opportunities may include:
-
One-day taster visits
-
Short shadowing placements
-
Longer-term structured experiences with employer partners
We work with schools to match students appropriately and ensure safeguarding, preparation, and reflection are all built into the process.
Our goal is to turn employability learning into real-life experience — helping students take confident steps toward their future careers.
