What is the Future Leaders Programme?

The Future Leaders programme is a coaching-based leadership experience for young people aged 18–24. Participants are matched with professionals from leading organisations and take part in guided coaching sessions designed to develop leadership, self-awareness, and workplace skills.

Unlike traditional training, the programme focuses on mutual learning — giving young people practical coaching experience while learning alongside industry professionals.
Step 1 — Professional Matching

Participants are paired with experienced professionals for structured coaching conversations.

Step 2 — Coaching Sessions

Six guided sessions delivered over approximately three months, designed to fit alongside study or work commitments.

Step 3 — Skill Development

Young people develop leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills valued by employers.

Step 4 — Ongoing Community

Participants gain access to a wider professional network and alumni opportunities.
